Hi aron i don t think the main 40 pin header is positioned correctly i have designed a poe hat and was test fitting it using your model but it did not work correctly the poe header is correct distance from the screw hole centre but not from the 40 pin the 40 pin should be aligned centred with the screw holes at each end but is currently offset towards the cpu.
All the major components are present as well as all the smaller resistors capacitor chips etc. Contain the complete solidworks assembly and a simplified single sldprt file of the board feel free to chose the one you prefer i would recommend the complete assembly.
